Policies
Parents and Guardians should register online first. The permission form will need to be filled out the first day of camp. For convenience, you can also download it here and bring it with your child on the first day of camp.
Registration Process
Class registration can be completed online. For late registration during a session that is already in progress, if space is available, we will pro-rate the cost of the remaining classes.
In the event a class is cancelled due to low enrollment, we will either give you a refund or apply the class fee to another class at your option.

Cancellation and Switching Sessions
After-school sessions and Summer/Winter art camps:
Full payment online is required to register. We also have payment plans for most after-school sessions.
If you need to cancel and have already paid for the session, your payment less $100 will be refunded if we are notified in writing a month before.
If you need to switch from one session to another, once you have registered your child, contact us and we will do our best to accommodate you, providing there is still space.
You can also choose to keep a studio credit to be used within 1 year of the cancellation date.
Art parties and private events
Your party is reserved with a non-refundable fee of $200. The balance is due a few days before the party, as you confirm how many guests will be coming. All payments are done through our online website: we send you a link to reserve your party and another a few days before to pay for the balance.

Payment
Full payment is due no later than the first day of class or camp. Whenever possible, to minimize interference with your child’s art time on the first day, we encourage secure online payment through our registration system, or you’re welcome to bring a check to camp on that day, providing that you have checked that there is still room in the camp.
Full Classes
If upon receipt of your registration a class is full, we will notify you by phone or email and will place the child on a waiting list. If we have any cancellations prior to the first class, we will draw from the waiting list in the order that a registration was received. If the class is full, we will either give you an opportunity to register for another class or refund your money.
Clothing
Make sure you send your children to camp with old comfy play cloth and shoes that they will not mind getting paint or glue on!
